We deliver across the United Kingdom with tracked carriers. Here is what everything costs, when it arrives and what happens if something goes wrong.

All charges include VAT and are confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Delivery times run from the day your order is placed and exclude weekends and bank holidays. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Where we deliver
- Mainland England, Scotland and Wales.
- Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands — allow 1 to 2 extra business days.
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.
Missed deliveries
If nobody is in, the carrier will leave a card and attempt redelivery or take the parcel to a local collection point. Parcels not collected within the carrier's holding period are returned to us and refunded, less the original delivery charge.
Late, missing or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the day you placed it, or arrives damaged, email info@avrenza.co.uk with your order number and a photograph where relevant. We will replace or refund it. If we have not delivered within 30 days you may cancel the order for a full refund.
